Turkey Avocado Wrap

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla
100g sliced turkey breast
1/2 ripe avocado
50g arugula
1/2 tomato
1 tablespoon light cream cheese
Juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper
Instructions

Mash the avocado with a fork along with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Spread the cream cheese on the tortilla, then layer the avocado mash on top.

Arrange the turkey slices, arugula and tomato rounds in the center.

Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides first, then cut in half on the diagonal.
