Why I created this method
Not a method from nowhere. Built over 8 years of real people, real struggles, real results.

In 2018 in Geneva, I tried everything: low-carb diets, excessive HIIT, counting every calorie, all while navigating Thursday apéros and Friday fondues. Result? Exhaustion, frustration, and 3kg gained back in a month.
I understood the problem wasn't willpower. It was the approach. A generic program can't work for a body that doesn't look like everyone else's.
Today my method is built on 3 principles I wish I'd known from the start.
