Morning Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 handful of fresh spinach (30g)
200ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
5 ice cubes
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender: banana, spinach, almond milk, peanut butter, chia seeds and ice cubes.

Blend on high speed for 45 seconds to 1 minute until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately to get the most nutrients.
