Overnight Oats with Fruit
A creamy and satisfying breakfast prepared the night before, perfect for busy mornings.

50g rolled oats
150ml unsweetened almond milk
100g 0% Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey
80g mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries)
10g sliced almonds
Instructions

In a glass jar, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt and chia seeds.

Add the honey and stir well. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight (minimum 6 hours).

In the morning, take out the jar and give it a stir. Top with mixed berries.

Sprinkle with sliced almonds and enjoy cold, straight from the jar.
