Ingredients
100g rolled oats
80g peanut butter
60g honey
30g dark chocolate chips
20g ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, ground flaxseed and vanilla.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips and stir until the mixture forms a uniform dough.

Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes to make it easier to handle.

Roll into walnut-sized balls (about 15g each) with slightly wet hands. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
